WOUND CARE

Wound Care is a specialized form of home care that provides treatment for chronic and complex wounds in the comfort of a patient's home. Home health wound care is often recommended for patients who have wounds that require ongoing treatment and monitoring, such as those with surgical wounds, non-healing wounds, new stage III and IV pressure ulcers, and underlying conditions that complicate wound care, such as diabetes or heart disease. Incontinence is the loss of urine or fecal control. Our skilled nursing or nursing services provides clients with customized care plan that possibly includes infusion therapy, catheter maintenance, chronic illness management, disease management, healthy living education, injections, new diagnosis education, post surgery care, wound care.

SPECIALTY CARE

Specialty care refers to the provision of specialized nursing services tailored to meet the unique needs of patients with specific health conditions or those requiring complex medical care; such as: Alzheimer’s and dementia, cancer recovery, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular, paraplegia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), to name a few.

INFUSION THERAPY

Infusion Therapy - also known as IV therapy - involves administering medications, nutrients of special fluids intravenously (IV) directly into the body. Intravenous administration is often times, more effective than oral treatments. Our infusion therapy reduces hospitalizations and improves the overall outcome of client's comfort and health.

OXYGEN THERAPY

Oxygen therapy assist people with lung diseases or breathing problems who need assistance managing oxygen levels within their bodies. Oxygen therapy supplements what normal breathing from the air. Our licensed nurses can assist those looking to receive oxygen therapy in their own homes or while in school settings.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupational Therapy (OT) assist children and adults who have trouble with fine-motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing, as well as struggle to overcome completing a set of skills. Our licensed occupational therapists assist individuals, such as those with disabilities, live independently.

ALZHEIMER'S & DEMENTIA

SPEECH THERAPY

Speech Therapy (ST) supports patients who have difficulties with language production, voice disorders, and swallowing disorder. Our highly trained speech therapist — also called a speech-language pathologist can help you or your child produce certain sounds and improve the fluency of speech also improve breathing and swallowing.

TRACHEOSTOMY CARE

Correct tracheostomy care prevents infection, plugs or blockages, and breathing problems. Tracheostomy tubes must be kept clear and clean. TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

Traumatic Brain Injury - (TBI) is an injury that disrupts the normal function of the brain. It can be caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head or a penetrating head injury. TBI can adversely affect a person’s quality of life in numerous ways, including cognitive, behavioral/emotional, and physical effects that affect interpersonal, social and occupational functioning.

CATHETER & OSTOMY CARE

Proper catheter and ostomy care are vital. Our trained nurses utilize proper ostomy management to prevent the stoma from becoming irritated or infected and perform regular catheter changings to prevent infections and other long-term damage.

VENTILATOR CARE

When transitioning from ICU care to ventilator care at home it is vitally important you or your loved one are provided care by a skilled nursing team who is trained to assist clients safely manage lung diseases and difficulty breathing at home. Our ventilator home health care prevents pulmonary hypertension, recurrent pulmonary infections, poor growth and developmental delays. While addressing many needs such as: improved blood oxygen level. boosting ventilation, reversing fatigue of respiratory muscles, permitting sedation to patient.

PERSONAL CARE

When you or a loved one, place a call to our office; we preform an initial intake question session. We basically as you questions to ascertain what are your expectations. Then we will schedule a in-home care visit to your home. Specialized Care Plan

Next we will build your customized care plan that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
