Physical Limitations

Cedric started a small old school car repair shop after retiring from the armed forces. Before long, however, he began working on larger and larger projects, including full bodywork restorations , complete automobile renovations and chassis repair work. Within ten years, he was a full-scale class car re-builder with his first son as a co-owner in his classic car business. His eldest son soon became very concerned in regards to Cedric’s overall health. It seemed to John, his son that the time his pops spent in the armed forces and as an active body repairman were starting to weigh in on his physical health. At first, Cedric simply had trouble standing up from under a vehicle without assistance. He soon needed a helping hand. His son, realized quickly that his pops needed elder care; outside of his assistance since her had a family of his own. So he called Elevation Home Care.

Cedric’s family spoke with the right person when they called Elevation Home Care for help, Liz answered, an in-home aid. Liz gets to Joe’s place early several mornings a week. She clocks in and begins her task and then while Bob finishes bathing she waits outside of the bathroom. Then she prepares him to get dressed in the clothing he’s picked out; fully buttoning him up and lacing his sneakers. Bob loves the grooming and shaving of his hair and removing the long hairs and stubbles with his electric razor. Liz says that Cedric states it takes him back to the time of sitting in the barber’s chair. Liz prior to leaving grabs the newspaper and reads from the funny section and the local news.
